Morgan Renee Lamon David Augustus Verdery Franklin Lamon of Hoschton and Rev. Kathryn Lamon of Martinez announce the engagement of their daughter, Morgan Renee, of Kennesaw, to David Augusta Verdery of Marietta, son of Tyler and Rita Verdery of Washington.

Miss Lamon is a 2006 graduate of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School and is attending Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw.

Mr. Verdery is a 2006 graduate of a home-schooling program and is attending Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, December 23, at 2 p.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Augusta. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
