Victoria McAvoy, daughter of Bobby and Charlene McAvoy, celebrated her eighth birthday on October 20.

Victoria first celebrated on her birthday at the Washington Wilkes Primary School as she and her mother shared c u p c a k e s , chocolate chip cookies, Cheetos and lemonade with her classmates.

She was honored at a party at her home the following day. Victoria and her friends had fun playing on the castle moonwalk and trampoline. Her Barbie Fairytopia cake was enjoyed with ice cream and lemonade. Victoria shared goody bags with her guests.

Celebrating with Victoria and her parents were sister, Jennifer; brother, Charles; grandparents, Charles and Joan Drinkard; uncle Tommy McAvoy; aunt and cousin, Cindi and Dylan Irwin of Winterville; and friends, Ericka Locklear, Emily Johnson, Camrye and Connor Powell, Amber Turner and Haley and Emily Weaver.

Victoria is also the granddaughter of the late Mitchell and Aldine McAvoy.
