Seventy-five-year-old Geraldine Benson rode a horse at the I'd Rather Be In Tignall Fall Festival. Geraldine Benson, whose birthday was Monday, November 6, celebrated during the weekend of November 4.

Her four daughters, Cindy Jackson and Terry Simmons of Ellenwood, Jerrie Benson of Marietta, and Mable Jean Benson, all helped her celebrate by carrying her to the Tignall Fall Festival.

Geraldine just turned 75 and she rode a horse at the festival. How many 75-year-olds can do that?

After the festival, she accompanied her daughters to Ryan's in Thomson and had dinner and they presented her a birthday cake.
