James Robert Conly, 59, of Winton Lane, Washington, died November 20, 2006, at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Conly was a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, and had lived in Wilkes County for five years. He was a retired special services technician for Bell South, and was the son of the late Robert C.
