TO THE EDITOR:

The faculty, staff, and students of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School would like to send out a great big THANK YOU to the local merchants who contributed items as door prizes in our latest NBA (No Bad Attitude) celebration on November 30, 2006.

Some merchants awarded cash while others contributed gift certificates for free meals. Other merchants gave items from their shelf inventory to be used as gifts. Specific merchants that contributed include: Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Georgia Farm Bureau, Fievet Pharmacy, Petal Pushers, Bee Southern, Radio Shack, Cost Cutter Liquidation, Subway, Lin's Wok, the W-WCHS Student Council, and the W-WCHS yearbook ataff.

W-WCHS truly appreciates the support from our community in promoting positive attitudes of students towards their peers and faculty.
