Speaking to the Washington Rotary Club at its regular meeting on Thursday, November 30, Assistant District Attorney Bill Doupé outlined some of the functions and duties of his office and told of some of the cases he has worked recently. He also explained what an "Amber Alert" is and how it is used to help find and rescue missing or abducted children. Mildred Peeler (left) was program host for the day.
