Elli Lindsey has received several equestrian awards in recent competition in the area. On November 4 she won Reserve Champion in her second show at Diamond M Farm in Bishop. It was a three-phase competition and Elli had the best score in Dressage and came in second in the Stadium Jumping and Cross-Country. She won first place in a Horse Trials competition at Windridge Stables in Augusta on November 16. She had the highest score in Dressage, Stadium Jumping, and Cross-Country. Elli is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronny Lindsey of Washington and rides a horse named "Something Special" owned by Maria McGarity of Evans, and trained by Renee Segree of Augusta.
