Thanks expressed to 50 blood donors

TO THE EDITOR:

Our thanks once again to loyal Wilkes Countians who donate blood at the community blood drives sponsored by the Wills Memorial Hospital and Shepeard Community Blood Center.

The blood drive held on Thursday, August 17, was moved to the First United Methodist Church but in spite of the change we had 50 donors. Wonderful.

Our next drive will be November 17, probably in the Pope Community Center.
