Amy Dennis Lannae to marry John Ellis Broadnax III on Jan. 27
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. James Herbert Cole Jr. of LaFayette and the late Mr. Cole and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Lamont Lannae of Washington. She is a l994 graduate of Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro in l999. She is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. Miss Lannae is employed as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens. She is also a member of the Junior League of Athens. Mr. Broadnax is the grandson of the late Mrs. Margaret Tirrell Stillman of Jacksonville, Fla., and the late Dale Jackson Frakes of Atlanta and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Ellis Broadnax of Athens. He is a l990 graduate of Athens Academy and graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens with a Bachelor of Business Administration in l994. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Order. Mr. Broadnax is the president of Davis Sign Company in Athens.
The wedding is planned for Saturday, January 27, at 6:00 p.m. at the Washington First United Methodist Church.
