Lacey Fincher honored at baby shower August 19

Lacey Fincher was guest of honor at a baby shower on Saturday morning, August 19, given by Morgan Echols, Michele McAvoy and Nonie Yochim at the Yochim home in Tignall.

Mrs. Fincher was presented a corsage of daisies and sweetheart roses adorned with a pink bootie. Prospective grandmothers, Pam Pullen and Kay Fincher, were also presented corsages of daisies and sweetheart roses.

Spring flowers including carnations, lilies and hydrangeas were used throughout the house in decorating and centered the dining table overlaid with a white cloth.

Guests dined on sausage quiche, grits, biscuits, fruit, cheese straws, nuts and cake. Coffee and punch were also served.

The hostesses presented Mrs. Fincher a travel bassinet.

Twenty-five guests attended. Special guests in addition to the prospective grandmothers included Cindy Adams, Vicki Baston, Jodie Baston, Stephanie Pullen, Sydney and Avery, and Bobbie Sue Kidd, all of Elberton, and Debbie Power of Loganville. The prospective father, Josh Fincher, also stopped by to join in the fun.
