Hulsey honored by Rotary Club
Long-time Sergeant-at-Arms Carey Hulsey was honored by the Washington Rotary Club after his retirement and departure from the club. In a special ceremony held during the club's August 24 meeting, Husley was named Sergeant-at-Arms Emeritus by immediate past president Donnie Smith (right).The honor came as a result of Hulsey's years of service to the local club.
