It is a growing concern that multi-tasking while driving is getting out of hand and bans against cell phone use behind the wheel are spreading nationwide. Do you agree that certain things should not be allowed while driving? If so, what are they?

If you feel that you can't drive with your cell phone on, then don't be on the cell phone."
