ACE honors Garrett's 50 years
Mike Baker (l) ACE Hardware's retail business manager, presented PossAce Hardware store owner Tommy Garrett with the Estwing Golden Hammer Award in honor of his 50 years service in the hardware business. Garrett was honored in the community at an all-day celebration at the store on Saturday, August 26. Garrett began at Poss's at the age of 20 in l956, under the leadership of owners Virgil and Julia Nell Poss, and purchased the business from the Posses in l988.
