Thanks for 'Ride for Gary' help

TO THE EDITOR:

We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest thanks to everyone who helped make the "Ride for Gary" a huge success. Thanks to the vendors, volunteer workers, T-shirt sponsors and the other countless contributions that were made, a generous sum of money was raised. There was also a chicken barbeque along with a special account opened at Farmers and Merchants Bank, where numerous people donated.

With so many people involved, it's hard to name everyone. We want to especially thank Tim and Kelly Harris, The Georgia Sheriffs Association, the Stars and Bars Motorcycle Group and everyone who participated in the ride.

Without everyone's help, the "Ride for Gary" would not have turned out as well as it did. Thanks again to everyone who donated their time and effort. We truly appreciate everything that everyone has done for us.
