Pre-K kids see 'Princess and Pea'
The children of First United Methodist Pre-K enjoyed a day at the Washington-Wilkes Little Theater last Wednesday. They saw the performance of "The Princess and the Pea" and they said they liked all the actors and especially Lester the Jester, played by Phil Rothman. Pictured above with the cast are: Emma Moore, Emily Beth Denard, Anne Marie Burriss, Isabelle Blakey, Wesley Pope, Kara Gammon, Emmanuel Aburto, Kayli Young, Brandon Villalta, Chase Chafin, Austin Fanning, Evan Moore, Dixon Caddell, Eli Strother, Ryan Reeves, Jake Newsome, Cecilia Dukes, Kaci Gammon, Ruth Chafin, Evan Harper, Dale Fisher, and Madison Porterfield. On the second row are Julie Lewis, Teacher with Whitney Dawson-cast members Lawrence Hyde, Cliff Hargrove, Phil Rothman, director Scott Lewis, and Emma Collins; and teacher Cynthia Lewis. "And Whitney Dawson celebrated her 4th birthday after the play with her class," Julie Lewis said.
