Phillips Mill Baptist Church was happy to see Nancy (Mrs. Robert) Rayner at church Sunday morning. She has been under the weather so to speak for sometime. It's hard for her to get about. sorry to learn of the death of Ruth Taylor (Mrs. George) Brown, 95, of Wrightsville. She was a sister of Mary Nell (Mrs. U.C.) Denard, 93, of Phillips Mill. They both celebrated birthdays in August. Funeral services were held Sunday. Among visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Dan McAvoy and Jerry McAvoy were Gloria Hardy, Mary Hawes, Henry McAvoy, and Mr. and Mrs. Warren Nunn. They appreciate their pastor, Robert Rayner, dropping by faithfully. Remember, God loves you.
