New Beginnings

Jade Olivia Fincher

Josh and Lacey Fincher of Tignall announce the birth of their daughter, Jade Olivia, on Friday, September 8, at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens. Jade weighed 7 lbs. 5 ozs. and was 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Larry and Pam Pullen of Tignall. Maternal great-grandparents are Almond Standard and the late Lois Standard of Tignall and the late Arvel and Lucy Mae Hallford of Washington.

Paternal grandparents are Dale and Kay Fincher of Tignall. Paternal great-grandparents are Jeanette Edwards and the late Bill Edwards and Earnestine Fincher and the late Curtis Fincher, all of Rome.

Mrs. Fincher is the former Lacey Pullen of Tignall.

Jacob Hyatt Jones

Sam and Sherry Jones of Washington announce the birth of their son, Jacob Hyatt, on Saturday, September 9, at University Hospital in Augusta. Jacob weighed 7 lbs. 12 ozs. and was 20 inches long. He has three brothers, T. J., age 20, Justin, 16, and Tyler, seven.

George and Patsy King of Washington are the maternal grandparents.

Samuel and Joyce Jones of Washington are the paternal grandparents.

Mrs. Jones is the former Sherry King of Washington.
