Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Porter

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Porter celebrated their wedding anniversary with friends on Sunday, October 1. Their anniversary was October 7.

Mr. and Mrs. Porter gathered with friends, Fannie Mae Mahoney of Rayle, Mr. and Mrs. Willie Howell Porter of Lincolnton, and Paul Gresham of Washington, for a trip to Augusta for dinner and a concert at Bell Auditorium. Among the performing groups were Lee Williams and the Nightingales and the Suwanee Quartet.

Prior to leaving for Augusta the Porters attended worship services at Clifford Grove Baptist Church in Rayle.
