And the winner is...
Wilkes Health Care residents, (l-r) Welborn Avery, Sara Walton, Clara Moragne and Sara Gresham, display ribbons won at the Elbert County Fair. Mr. Welborn received honorable mention for the birdhouse he assembled and sanded; Mrs. Walton, honorable mention, Mrs. Morague, third place, and Mrs. Gresham, second place, all for their pepper sauce entries.
