Cancer Walk of Hope is a great success; thanks to all helpers

TO THE EDITOR:

On behalf of the sisters of the Eta Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, we would like to thank the many community members of Washington who helped to make our Nancy C. Long Cancer Walk of Hope such a great success.

Through your support we were able to raise nearly $6,000.00. We know that Nancy is smiling.

We would especially like to thank Rev. William Boyd, Debbie and Henry Anderson, Hendricks Florist, Jeana Worley, John and Rita Horton, Mandy Jackson, The News-Reporter and the City of Washington.
