Hayley Johnson celebrates fourth birthday Oct. 16

Hayley Johnson, daughter of Alvin and Crystal Johnson of Metasville, was four years old on October 16 and celebrated on several occasions.

Hayley's big celebration was a hot dog cookout and hayride at her home on October 21. The party decorations sported a Little Mermaid theme as did her birthday cake enjoyed with ice cream after a hot dog roast. Goody bags were given as favors.

Celebrating with Hayley and her mother were her sister, Hannah; grandparents, James and Linda Johnson of Metasville and Cheryl Carlisle of Rayle; great-grandparents, Boyce and Jean Paradise of Lincolnton and Hal Johnson of Metasville; Teresa and Tyler Wolfe of Rayle, Ron, Tara, Tristan, Tyler and Brittan Johnson, Matthew Bentley, Sheila Davis and Mia Kendrick of Lincolnton, Sheila and Mason Wheatley, Jasper Johnson and Heather Johnson of Metasville, Kate, Will and Taylor Guin of Tignall, and Mandy and Cheyenne Kellar of Thomson.

Prior to this celebration Hayley was treated on her birthday to a cookout at the home of her grandparents, James and Linda Johnson. Hayley's mother and sister, Hannah, also, Hal Johnson, Brenda Johnson, Jasper Johnson and Randall and Heather Johnson joined the party for a dinner of shrimp and hot dogs enjoyed with all the trimmings.

On October 17 Hayley celebrated with her friends at Over the Rainbow Daycare in Lincolnton. Cupcakes, Cheetos and Kool-Aid were served. Because of his work schedule, Hayley's daddy was unable to attend her parties but called to wish her a happy birthday.
