Personal Mention
Frances McLean of St. Simons Island and Dennis Haigler of Columbia, S.C., were guests last weekend of Lamont and Cathy Lannae. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Wolter visited recently with Mr. and Mrs. Kim Moss in Senoia. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Johnson III were in Augusta Monday night to celebrate the 22nd birthday of their daughter, Patricia, at dinner at Carrabbas. Mrs. Helen Bentley of Martinez visited Saturday with her mother, Mrs. Wood Hardy. Dr. and Mrs. Mark Waters have returned from an extended visit with their children in Pennsylvania. They enjoyed several days with Mr. and Mrs. Mark Laudicina, Wyatt and Savannah, in Hanover and with Mr. and Mrs. Mark Seymour, Madison and Chloe, in Waynesboro. Also, while in Pennsylvania, they toured the battlefields in Gettysburg. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Wells visited Sunday afternoon with former Washington residents, Rev. and Mrs. Chester Hall, at their home in Jefferson. The occasion was to honor Mrs. Hall's birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Pope III and Wesley were in Dallas, Texas, Thursday through Saturday where they attended the wedding of her sister, Rebecca Duncan, and Dan Murray on Friday. Joining the family in Dallas were Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Duncan of Traveler's Rest, S.C. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Wells celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary with a weekend trip in the mountains of North Georgia.
