at 303 Norman Street, Washington. Membership day activities begin at 11:30 a.m., with the meeting scheduled to start at 2:00 p.m.

The cooperative's leadership will use the meeting to report on both local and company-wide operations. Local board members will be elected and retiring board members will be recognized.

Board nominees include Tim Standard and Jerry Thornton.

"The annual meeting is the best single opportunity to outline our plans for the future to our membership and discuss our progress in meeting our financial goals," notes Joseph M. Guin, manager of the Washington Service.

"We continue to make progress in our efforts to improve our operations," reports President and CEO Tom Scribner. "Both sales volume and income from operations are up compared with last year and we're moving ahead with plans to maintain and build on that trend."
