Pullen places at intercollegiate championships
Douglas Pullen, a freshman at Georgia College and State University, competed in the 2006 National Intercollegiate Water Ski Championships. The tournament was held in California October 12-14. The GCSU water ski team placed 8th in Division 2. The tournament consists of three events, which are slalom, trick, and jump. Pullen broke a personal and GCSU record in the jump event, which was 52 feet. He also placed 20th in the nation for Division 2.
