Improv comedy coming this weekend
Improv comedy is coming to Washington, and tickets are going fast. The Washington Little Theater Company has booked nationally renowned Atlanta-based improvisational comedy act, Dad's Garage, to perform at the theater this weekend, in three shows, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturday, December 2, and 3 p.m. on Sunday. "This is a chance for us to bring world-class comedy into the theater and the city," said Nora Dukes, president of the Board of Directors for the theater. To reserve tickets, call the theater reservation line at 706-678-9582. "Tickets will go fast due to Dad's Garage's regional followers," Dukes said. The shows are being sponsored by WXKT/ WLOV radio and the Washington-Wilkes Arts Foundation.
