Child molestation arrest leads December roundup of law enforcement action

Washington Police officers arrested Jasmine Jamaul Davis, 17, of Harper Street in Washington last week and charged him with rape and aggravated child molestation. He was bound over to Superior Court. He was arrested Thursday for the crimes, which allegedly happened the previous day. No further information is available, and the victim's identification will not be released.

In other law enforcement action during the month of December, the following arrests were recorded at the Cecil Moore Law Enforcement Center:

Laquita Denise Harris, 17, of Washington, was arrested December 31 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes, and two counts of furnishing or possession of alcohol by a person under 21. She is held on $13,000 bond.

Kareem Terrell, 26, of Crawfordville, was arrested December 30 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with furnishing alcohol to a person under 21. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Willie Edwards, 57, of Washington, was arrested December 28 by Washington Police and charged with theft by taking. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Tavares Kinta Mahoney, 26, of Washington, was arrested December 27 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct. He was held on $552 bond.

Telly Savales Barksdale, 29, of Wilkes County, was arrested December 25 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with criminal trespass and with battery. He is held on $7,000 bond.

Lilly Pearl Milton, 42, of Washington, was arrested December 23 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. She was held on $1,100 bond.

Thaxcher Cullars, 23, of Washington, was arrested December 24 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct. He was held on $600 bond. William Thomas Webb, 38, of

Washington, was arrested December 23 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence; driving without a license, driving with an open container, and with speeding. He was released on $3,100 bond.

Curtis G. Moss, 42, of Tignall, was arrested December 21 by Wilkes County deputies on two child support orders to incarcerate and on a probation violation.

Benjamin Curtis, 38, of Evans, was arrested December 16 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence, being a habitual violator, and with driving on a revoked license. He was held on $11,000 bond.

Jessica McCraw, 21, of Crawfordville, was arrested December 16 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and with a traffic violation. She was released on $1,750 bond.

Dana Lee Roberts, 21, of Eatonton, was arrested December 14 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession or distribution

of a controlled substance; and with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was released on $26,000 bond.

Joseph Paul Kittle, 32, of Wilkes County was arrested December 14 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession, or distribution of a controlled substance. He was released on $25,000 bond.

Sergio D. Ware, 22, of Washington, was arrested December 15 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on $276 bond.

James Kelly Young, 31, of Washington, was arrested December 9 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with operating a vehicle without a current plate; fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; and with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. He was held on $8,000 bond.

Frankie L. Woods, 48, of Washington, was arrested December 9 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence; operating a vehicle without a current plate, and a traffic violation. He was released on $2,800 bond.

Jonathan Booker, 27, of Washington, was arrested December 5 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with two counts of felony forgery in the first degree. He was held on $10,000 bond.

Brandon Jerral Flint, 17, of Washington, was arrested December 4 by Washington Police and charged with theft by shoplifting. He was held on $417 bond.

Donna Mae Buckner, 49, of Wilkes County was arrested December 5 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with theft by taking; and with criminal trespass. She was released on $6,000 bond.

Rodney Welborn, 28, of Wilkes County, was arrested December 3 by Washington Police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Timothy Lee Abernathy, 46, of Loganville, Ga. was arrested December 2 by DNR rangers and charged with allowing underage juveniles to hunt with out supervision and with felony possession of firearms by convicted felons. He was held on $8,500 bond.

Tony Slaton, 51, of Carlton, Ga., was arrested December 2 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, and with three traffic violations. He was released on $2,400 bond.

Sonia Denise Bradford, 33, of Athens, was arrested December 1 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license, and with speeding. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Thurston Cade Jr., 44, of Tignall, was arrested December 1 by Tignall Police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Jose Castro Delvalle, 24, of Columbia, S.C. was arrested December 3 by Georgia State Patrol and charged with speeding 82 in a 55 zone, and with a license violation. He was released on payment of a cash fine.
