Genna Grimaud was guest of honor at a baby shower and brunch on Saturday, January 20, given by Lou Heard, Jenny Dove, Kathy Ware, Ashley Cox and Toni Roberson at the Wilkes County Baptist Church.

In honor of the occasion Mrs. Grimaud was presented a corsage of baby socks with pink ribbon.

Pink cloths covered the table centered with a fresh arrangement of pink gerbera daisies with other floral accents.

Guests enjoyed delicious breakfast casserole, ham biscuits, fresh fruits with dip, cheesecake bites, cinnamon rolls, juice and coffee.

The hostess gift, a comforter set for the nursery, was displayed with the other gifts.

Forty guests were invited. A special guest attending was the prospective grandmother, Linda Albea of Washington.
