The adorable puppy in the picture is one of the many puppies at the Washington-Wilkes Animal Shelter which gives lifesaving and safe shelter to many cats and dogs.

The Shelter staff needs help in finding them good homes. They want to spread the word that the answer to pet over-population is spaying and neutering, not killing.
