The Silver Streaks of First Baptist Church enjoyed a trip to Abbeville, S.C. on Saturday, February 3.

The group arrived in Abbeville in time for lunch at Yoder's. After lunch they browsed around town enjoying the shops before gathering at the Opera House for the afternoon production, "Honky Tonk Angels".

On the trip were W.C. and Cheryl Bentley, Mary Ann Bentley, Bill and Teresa Bishop, Mary Burt, Margaret Connor, Gail Craddock, Frances Dyson, Lila Edwards, Thomas Fanning, Andrew and Pat Grimaud, Norma Hopkins, Rosemary Hopkins, Mary Hubbard, Mabel Johnson, Mary Donna Lunceford, Kerry and Nancy McAvoy, Edythe McCall, Sam and Flora Ann McGill, Kay Nelms, Susan Pope, Gladys Reese, Hazel Russell, Ed and June Smith, Jerry Stover, Ann Tanner, Emily Thornton, Ruth Holes, Chris Townsend, Emilie Waters, John and Linda Webster, Patsy Winn and Travis Armour who was visiting from Bear Creek, N. C.
