Bindy Allyn Tyler Bryan Dennis Horner Mr. and Mrs. Charles Allen Tyler of Washington announce the engagement of their daughter, Bindy Allyn, to Bryan Dennis Horner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Allen Horner of Roswell.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Clara P. McKinney and the late Thomas M. McKinney of McCormick, S.C., and Mrs. Mildred Tyler and the late Herman L. Tyler of Tignall.

She is a l996 graduate of Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and a 2000 graduate of Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Communications. Miss Tyler is employed as a Sales Executive for Navicure, Inc., in Duluth.

Mr. Horner is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Horner of Knoxville, Tenn., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Gruber of Germany.

He is a 1995 graduate of Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta and a 2000 graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn., with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Order. Mr. Horner is employed as an Account Manager for GlobalCare, Inc., in Alpharetta.

A beachside wedding is planned for Saturday, April 27, at 3 p.m. in Negril, Jamaica.
