Adrienne Sims Wills Mr. and Mrs. John Parker Wills of Thomson announce the engagement of their daughter, Adrienne Sims, to Robert Stuart Pendley, son of Mrs. Kaye Varn Pendley of Waycross and Dr. Robert Alan Pendley of Huntsville, Ala.

Miss Wills is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Porter Barrett Cohen of Waynesboro and Dr. and Mrs. Charles Edward Wills Jr. of Washington.

She is a graduate of Briarwood Academy in Thomson and the University of Georgia in Athens where she was a member of Phi Mu sorority and graduated summa cum laude, with honors. She received both a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accountancy. Miss Wills is employed as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG, LLP in Atlanta.

Mr. Pendley is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kontz Stuart Varn of Waycross and the late Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Thurn Pendley of Marietta.

He is a graduate of Ware County High School and the University of Georgia where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order. He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Real Estate. Mr. Pendley is employed by CB Richard Ellis in Atlanta.

Miss Wills and Mr. Pendley will be united in marriage Saturday, June 2, at the First Baptist Church in Thomson.
