Dancers attend workshop, competition

Selected students from the Washington Dance Academy attended Dance Makers Inc. workshop and Competition in Columbia, S.C., February 2-4. They learned new techniques and routines from professional dance teachers and studio owners from Los Angeles, New York, Texas, and Florida. The students look forward to attending more workshops this summer and fall. They were accompanied by their instructors, Cynthia Aultman (left) and Louann Brown. Students attending were Breckyn Hudson, Emily Royal, Emily Shiffner, Gerica Sims, and Jessica Spradlin.
