Hudson speaks to Rotary Club

Major League Umpire Marvin Hudson (right) told members of the Washington Rotary Club about his rise to the big leagues and some of the experiences he has had calling professional baseball games. He was the guest speaker at the club's regular meeting on Thursday, February 22, where he also outlined some of the activities of BLUE for Kids, an organization he founded which provides a "Big League Umpire Experience" for young fans of baseball. Jim Baston (left) was program host for the day.
