Madison Gunby honored at Dora the Explorer party
Madison Kristalyn Gunby, daughter of Christopher E. and Almeisha Jackson Gunby of Savannah, celebrated her second birthday at a party on Saturday, February 24. Her birthday was February 27.
Madison was treated to a Dora the Explorer theme party at Chuck E Cheese in Augusta. She and her guests enjoyed one of her two Dora cakes with pizza, a salad side bar, fruit, soft drinks and punch.
A gathering of more that 30 guests sang, played games, danced and laughed with Madison and her parents. Each was presented a Dora goody bag with party favors at the close of the party.
Celebrating with Madison and her parents were her grandparents, John and Fredericka Jackson of Washington and Fred and Peggy Norman Wells of Lincolnton; godparents, Kimberly Jackson of Statesboro and Patrick Searles of Augusta; aunts, Dyann Jackson and Toi Jackson of Washington, Dorothy Norman of Lincolnton and Belinda Colman of Batesburg, S.C.; uncle, Booker Jackson of Washington; cousins, Rachaun, Keenan, Kendall and Kamryn Parker and Eric, Jason and Jada Smalls, all of Hephzibah, Kwantrell and DJ Jeffcoat of Batesburg, S.C., Dauri Binns of Washington, Chelsa Norman, Phyllis and AJ Harris, Barry (BB) Norman and Nelson Barksdale of Lincolnton, Jennifer, Jakayla and Clark Norman and Ahnija Norman of Augusta; and friends, Brushundra Harden and Norman of Grovetown, Gavin Harper, Luquanara Lewis, Alexis Searles and Quan and Eric Bridges of Augusta.
On her actual birthday Madison celebrated with friends at Mrs. Murdock's Daycare in Hinesville. After lunch she and her playmates enjoyed Dora the Explorer cupcakes.
