Summer Drama Campers rehearsing for Disney's 'High School Musical' June 8-10
The Disney Channel's smash hit musical comes to life at the Washington Little Theater next weekend. The annual Summer Drama Camp culminates June 8-10 with four performances of Disney's "High School Musical." Shows are at the Playhouse at 313-C N. Wilkes Co. to get new $22 million high school complex

J immy Barnett says, "I love a tomato." And what's better than a Wilkes County tomato? He has 300 tomato plants established on his property which was once Dock Edwards' Nursery and Garden Center on Water Street. He has already picked one tomato and says he will have lots more in about two weeks. His aim for next year is tomatoes by mid-May. Won't that be great!! More...
