Former President Jimmy Carter called President George W. Bush's international relations "the worst in history" and Bush fired back calling Carter "increasingly irrelevant." Former presidents historically don't talk about sitting presidents and Carter has been criticized for speaking out. What do you think of the former president's assessment of Bush's international relations?
