Drunk driving, license problems lead May's roundup of Wilkes Co. arrests

Driving under the influence, unlicensed driving, and minor property crimes filled the majority of May's law enforcement roundup of arrests in Wilkes County. This month's arrests included:

Petrina Ferrell, 34, of Washington, was arrested May 31 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with child support contempt. No bond was noted.

Shanika Crane, 20, of Washington, was arrested May 29 by Washington Police and charged with aggravated assault. She was held on $10,000 bond.

James Kittle, 35, of Tignall, was arrested on May 28 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving on a revoked or suspended license, and possession of a controlled substance. He was held on $29,500 bond.

Henry Terry Dempsey, 56, of Roswell, was arrested May 26 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and with violation of the open container law. He was released on $821 bond.

Daciani Jackson, 24, of Rayle, was arrested on May 27 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with an equipment violation, a license violation, and a traffic violation. He was held on $325 bond.

Eddie Clarence Ware, 32, of Athens, was arrested May 27 by Washington Police and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license and giving false name or address to an officer.He was held on $4,000 bond.

Wilson Wynn, 59, of Washington, was arrested May 24 by Washington Police and charged with a traffic violation and driving with no proof of insurance. He was released on $962 bond.

Charles Hawes, 18, of Washington, was arrested May 23 by Washington Police and charged with battery. He was held on $4,500 bond.

Wayne Miller, 34, of Washington, was arrested May 23 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with deposit account fraud. He was released on $195 bond.

Jess Clyde Reeves, 31, of Gainesville, was arrested May 23 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with cruelty to children and battery. He was released on a $5500 bond. .

Frankie L. Woods, 48, of Washtunity ington, was arrested May 23 by Washington Police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violation of the open container law, and a traffic violation. He was held on a probation violation.

Karen Smith Locklear, 30, of Washington, was arrested May 22 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with forgery in the first degree. No bond was noted.

Gerardo Setneno Andrade, 24, of Washington, was arrested May 22 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to surrender a prior license and operating vehicle without a current plate. He was released on $278 bond.

Carlos Wynn, 24, of Washington, was arrested May 21 by Washington Police and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license, traffic violation, and a parole violation. He was held on $2,800 bond.

Anthony Brent Moore, 18, of Tignall, was arrested May 19 by Washington Police and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was released on $1,700 bond.

Charles Hardin Freeman, 34, of Lincolnton, was arrested May 18 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and violation of the open container law. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Ramon Garcia, 19, of Washington, was arrested May 18 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with violation of registration and license requirements and surrender of prior license. He was released on $422 bond.

Abbie K. Clayton, 19, of Tignall, was arrested May 16 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with deposit account fraud. She was released on $190 bond.

Cemer Pedro Hernandez, 30, of Loris, S.C., was arrested May 15 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with alteration of license plates, two traffic violations, and surrender of prior license. He was held on $620 bond.

Melvin Thomas, 42, of Crawfordville, was arrested May 14 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with battery. No bond was noted.

Traron Ray, 20, of Clarkston, was arrested May 13 by Washington Police and charged with possession of marijuana. He was released on $813 bond.

David Walker, 37, of Washington, was arrested May 13 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on a revoked or suspended license, possession of drugs, and violation of the open container law. He was released on $5,100 bond.

Thomas Williams, 28, of Washington, was arrested May 13 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with violation of the open container law and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on a $2,000 bond.

Kevin Morgan, 18, of Washington, was arrested May 13 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with a traffic violation and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $862 bond.

Clarence Lee Shank, 54, of Washington, was arrested May 12 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct. He was held on $276 bond.

Darryl Gresham, 44, of Rayle, was arrested May 12 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with a traffic violation, driving on a revoked or suspended license, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Carl Randall Gibbs, 44, of Hephzibah, was arrested May 12 by the Georgia State patrol and was charged with a traffic violation and driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Maria Batina Jones, 23, of Elberton, was arrested May 10 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with one felony count of making false statements in state matters. She was held on $3,000 bond.

Charles Edward Young, 66, of Hephzibah, was arrested May 9 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with violation of the open container law and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on payment of a cash fine.

C.T. Hill, 52, of Wilkes Co., was arrested May 7 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a traffic violation. He was held on $41,500 bond.

Tracy Demarrio Elam, 20, of Washington, was arrested May 6 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a pistol without a license, and a traffic violation. He was released on $7,500 bond.

Shirley Ann Pressley, 60, of Carlton, was arrested May 3 by Wilkes County deputies and was charged with being a party to a crime. She is held on $8,000 bond.

Willie Dairon O'Neal, 64, of Tignall, was arrested May 3 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with violation of the open container law and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Detra Marie Moore, 29, of Tignall, was arrested May 1 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with two counts of theft. She is held on $8,000 bond.

Adrian Victorio Rodriguez, 20, of Danielsville, was arrested May 1 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with speeding and surrender of prior licenses. He is held on $422 bond.
