Washington Rotary Club President Tammy Bryngelson (left) presented a check for $2,000 to Carolyn Reynolds of Wilkes County Family Connection. The Rotary District 6910 Matching Grant will be used in the organization's many programs including the twice successful Youth Leadership Wilkes and many others.
