Maura Jackson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rob Jackson, celebrated her sixth birthday May 19 with a number of her friends at a special party at Jumping Party Zone in Augusta.

Nearly 20 girls, including school, dance and tee-ball friends, had a wonderful time jumping and sliding before enjoying a Barbie birthday cake and snacks in the party room.

Maura also celebrated her birthday on Sunday, May 20, at her home with family members. Guests enjoyed refreshments of Barbie birthday cake, ice cream, fruit and cheese ball with crackers.

Joining Maura and her parents were Mr. and Mrs. Billy McAvoy, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Jackson, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny McAvoy, Mr. and Mrs. Roger McAvoy, Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Vandiver and Mrs. Steven Pickens, all of Washington; and Mrs. Mike Garrison and Jordan of Social Circle.

Guests at each party signed a birthday print mat, which framed, will be a special keepsake from Maura's sixth birthday party celebrations.
