Andie Moody, bride-elect of Marc Bridges, was guest of honor at a Room-to-Room Shower on Sunday afternoon, August 19, given by Audra Chapman, Hannah Wright, Mahlory Waller, Lauren Bridges, Lindley Hall, Lauren Johnson and Jill Thornton at the Georgia Baptist Association Mission Center on North Jefferson Street.

For the occasion the bride-elect chose a lime green tank top and complementing green and off-white knee-length skirt. She was presented a corsage of a hot pink Gerber daisy.

A hot pink and lime green theme was used in decorating.

Guests were welcomed by the hostesses and greeted the brideelect. They were invited to sign the guest register at a table adorned with a small bouquet of hot pink gladioli and lime green Bells of Ireland.

A larger arrangement of the gladispiral oli and Bells of Ireland graced the refreshment table covered in white and overlaid in white lace. A similar arrangement was also atop the piano.

From the refreshment table guests enjoyed cheese straws, cheese ball and crackers, chicken salad in timbales, fresh fruits and dip, nuts, mints, cake and punch.

The hostess gift, a wicker laundry basket filled with kitchen accessories, laundry items, a clay garden sun and a picture frame, was displayed with other gifts as the hostesses registered the gifts in the bride's book.

Thirty guests attended and included special guests, the bride-elect's mother, Becky Mann, and sister, Kaitlin Mann; and the prospective bridegroom's mother, Tricia Bridges, and grandmother, Agnes Bridges, all of Washington.
