Georgia District Governor-Elect Carlton Norris awarded fellow Kiwanian Chris Hughes with the Outstanding Leadership Award at the regular meeting of the Washington Kiwanis Club on Tuesday, October 2. Hughes, the fixed base operator at the Washington-Wilkes Airport, was cited as having demonstrated Outstanding Leadership over the past several years within the Club.
