Deputies give students some safety tips

Sheriff Deputies Detric Jones and Luke Montgomery visited the Prekindergarten classes at Washington-Wilkes Elementary School last week to share Halloween safety tips with the students. Among the students participating were (front row, l-r) Ray Collins, Tyricus Gresham, Laila Sawyer, Wytravius Booker, Destiny Ricks, Taliyah Reid, Trestin Williams, Daviauna Mahoney, (second row) Yesica Velazquez, Antavious King, Michael Brothers, Lawrence Chapman, Robert O'Shields, Takira Pettus, Taliyah Allen, Taqavious Reid, Morgan Johnson, Lawrence Murray, and Tylik Thornton.
