After placing first in the 12-13 year old age group in the Washington Wilkes Punt, Pass, and Kick competition, Brandon Dill placed first in the sectional competition held in Thomson.

After placing first there he was then invited to compete in the regional contest held at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta on Sunday, November 4. He earned third place in the competition with others in his age group from Georgia and Alabama.

All participants were invited to stay and watch the Atlanta Falcons beat the San Francisco 49ers

Punt, Pass, and Kick is an annual competition sponsored by the Optimist Club in which children from eight years old to 15 years old compete.

Brandon is the son of Jackie Hill of Washington and Sim Dill IV of Killeen, Texas.
