Alex Lamar honored at Scooby Doo birthday party

Alex Lamar, son of Bruce and Gretchen Lamar, celebrated his fifth birthday with a Scooby Doo party.

The party area was decorated with lots of large Scooby Doo balloons. His Scooby Doo cake was served with ice cream, Cheetos and juice drinks. The children had fun playing outdoors on the trampoline, swing set and slide.

Party favors were given.

Celebrating with Alex and his parents were his grandparents, Phil and Jane Robb of Tyrone and Ernest and Faye Lamar of Tignall, and great-grandmother, Edna Lamar of Tignall; aunt and cousin, Tracy Beggs and Erin Thornton of Tignall; Greg Wheatley and Samantha of Metasville, Kat Dodson and Morgan of Danburg, Susie Weaver and Emily, Jennifer Weaver and Kylie and Kathy Ware and Stacey of Tignall, Amy Harkins, Samantha and Nicholas and Josh Rogers and CJ of Washington, Doug and Paula Weaver, Emily and Logan, of Tyrone, and Kimberly Bentley of Rayle.

On his birthday Alex ate lunch with his mother and grandmother Jane at his favorite restaurant, Lin's Wok, and that evening opened presents with his parents at home.
