Garston Townsend celebrates fourth birthday January 13

Garston Townsend, son of Chris and Tara Townsend, was four years old on January 13. Garston celebrated with a party at the First Baptist Church Ark that was festively decorated with dinosaurs. He also enjoyed a giant dinosaur floor puzzle and big dinosaur book.

He had a purple volcano cake, surrounded with dinosaurs, complete with red flowing lava. It was made by his favorite aunt, Rhonda Mullinax.

Garston and his friends enjoyed playing with play dough, wearing dinosaur masks, playing outside, riding the go-kart driven by his daddy, playing with the four-foot dinosaur, opening presents and eating volcano cake and ice cream.

Guests received dinosaur goody boxes each filled with stickers, small dinosaurs, a stuffed dinosaur and a game.

Celebrating with Garston and his parents were his brother, Henry; grandparents, Ronnie and Sandy Townsend of Atlanta; aunts and cousin, Rhonda Mullinax of Oxford and Tiffany and Audrey Tabor of Lilburn; Morgan and Bobbie Peacock, Jeff, Amy, Emily and Ella Treadwell, Angelynn Price and Joe Grimes, Jeri and Ryan Hucke, Sabrina Dodgen and Lydia Norman and Lavonda and Brett Tanner.

Garston also celebrated with his Pre-Kindergarten class at First Baptist on Friday, January 12, with homemade cupcakes and goody bags for everyone
