Benjamin Williams Jr.

Funeral services for Benjamin Williams Jr., 45, were held Saturday, January 20, 2007, at Cherry Grove Baptist Church, Washington, with Rev. Henry T. Butler officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. He died Tuesday, January 9.

Mr. Williams was a native of Wilkes County and was the son of Benjamin Williams and the late Lula Mae Butler Williams.

Survivors include his father, Benjamin Williams of Washington; a sister, Brenda Williams, Washington; four brothers, Michael Williams, Washington, Charles Butler and Curtis Williams, Augusta, and Calvin Williams of Atlanta.

McLendon Memorial Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
