Clarence Nolan Moore

Memorial services for Clarence Nolan Moore, 72, of Crawfordville were held Friday, February 2, 2007, in the Raytown Methodist Church with Rev. Wade Palmer officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. He died Tuesday, January 30, in the McDuffie Regional Medical Center, Thomson.

Mr. Moore was a native of Taliaferro County and was the son of the late Clarence Franklin Moore and Josephine Gunn Moore. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Raytown Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Jean Moore of Crawfordville; two daughters, Andrea Moore, Raytown, and Melody Thornton, Washington; two sons, Clarence Nolan "Rhett" Moore Jr., Valdosta, and James Pruett, Lawndale, N.C.; and a sister, Jacqueline "Jackie" Partridge of Raytown.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Kidney Foundation.
