Appreciation is expressed for new beauty on Square

TO THE EDITOR:

I am writing to express my appreciation to all the people in Washington who have made the wonderful landscape plan for the Downtown Square a reality.

We have all watched as the old holly and oak tree died. Now we have a Square that is just beautiful.
