Samantha Faimon, Jason Silvey to wed on June 23 in Missouri

Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Faimon of Lee's Summit, Mo., announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha, to Jason Silvey of Lawrence, Kan., son of Mrs. Lois Silvey and the late Terry Silvey of Washington.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Cash of Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Alice Faimon and the late Richard Faimon of McDonald, Kan.

She is a 2001 graduate of Lee's Summit North High School in Lee's Summit and a 2004 graduate of the University of Georgia in Athens where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Miss Faimon is pursing her Masters of Communication Studies at the University of Kansas with plans to graduate in May of 2007.

Mr. Silvey is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Tyler of Clayton and the late Mr. and Mrs. Terry P. Silvey of Rayle.

He is a 1999 graduate of Washington Wilkes Comprehensive High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate at the University of Georgia graduating in 2003. Mr. Silvey is employed by Property Valuation Services in Overland Park, Kan.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 23, at 6:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Presentation Catholic Church in Lee's Summit, Mo.
