STAR student and teacher honored
STAR teacher Debbie McLeod (right) speaks of her love for teaching and the joy of teaching students the caliber of STAR student Jessica Watson (center) at Wednesday morning's Chamber of Commerce STAR Student and Teacher Breakfast at the Fitzpatrick Hotel. Before a full house of more than 50 family, friends, and educators, Jessica spoke of how Mrs. McLeod inspired her to love words and to follow in her steps and become a teacher, too.
